These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase of the Sponsored Brands Video (SBV) Creative Package (the "Service" or "Offer") from AMZG MKTG LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing the Service and checking the box at checkout, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not purchase the Service.

1) What you’re purchasing

You are purchasing:

• Sponsored Brands Video (SBV) ad creative intended for Amazon Sponsored Brands Video (SBV) ads (the "Deliverables").
• Creation using your existing photos and/or video assets from your Amazon listing and/or website and/or brand library you provide.
• Delivery via Google Drive folder, plus access to the editable source project in Canva.

Not included unless explicitly stated in writing:

• Amazon PPC management
• Bid/targeting strategy
• Campaign builds inside your account
• Product photography/videography
• Landing pages
• Listing optimization
• Ongoing creative services
